A game designer, writer and creative director with over 25 years of experience in the entertainment industry. He’s worked in billion dollar companies such as Zynga, Hike Messenger and BYJU’S as well as smaller independent studios. He has led design on some of the world’s most valuable social gameswith a combined lifetime peak DAU of 10 million players.

An educator and play designer with 12 years of experience designing playful products and learning experiences for young children. Mourvi has worked in India and the US with leading children’s media and research organizations like Sesame Street, Disney and IBM Research.

A game and learning designer  with a passion and flair for design and storytelling. She was part of the leadership on the design team that worked closely with Disney to create the Disney -BYJU’S Early Learn product, and previously developed engagng story-based content for Cuemath. 

A digital media professional with over 12 years of experience in the entertainment and games industries, with a particular interest in competitive gaming and eSports. In 2008, he was part of the core team which conceptualised Blur, India’s largest multi-platform gaming experience.

With over 5 years of experience in graphic design and game design, and a master’s degree in Digital Game Design from the National Institute of Design, Raisa specializes in game design with a strong narrative core. At BYJU’S, she was the designer behind the visual design of the Disney BYJU’S Early learn app.

A product designer, who has been accused of being an undercover agent for both design and product. Bhavna has 10 years of experience working at Byju’s, Zynga, Flipkart and UNESCO. She has worked on big titles like CastleVille, Farmville 2, Draw Something and Disney-Byju’s Early Learn as a design lead. 

Pavithra Sridhar is a game designer with 6 years of industry experience designing casual mobile games and educational games. With a Master’s degree in Toy and Game Design from the National Institute of Design ( NID ), Pavithrahas worked in some of India’s best knowngame development companies, including Dhruva Interactive, and BYJU'S.

A generalist with experience in several fields of game development: game design, coding, 3D modelling, digital art, sound, UI and UX. Holds a BSc in Computer Science with Game Development from the University of Hull. Has been working in the game industry for nearly nine years. 

With over 16 years of experience in the design and textile industry, Pooja has run production lines with diverse teams across countries to deliver products on time with no compromises! As head of Production, her role is to manage and evolve processes which enables the team to channel its creativity and build great games.

Vijay is a veteran of the Indian games industry – having shipped award-winning games on platforms as diverse as mobile, console and PC. He is also a well-recognized member of the dev community, actively engaged in industry events and conferences. If you see him somewhere, you might not recognize him, since he’ll probably be cosplaying as Sephiroth, Genji or Detective Francis York Morgan.

Faebitha handles narrativeand storytelling for Fairside Stories – crafting fun situations for kids where they have to think through all the trouble they make (or prevent) in Fairside. An avid consumer of cinema, she is curious about all things related to speculative fiction and manufacturing consent. Usually seen testing the limits of social awkwardness.

Anton brings fresh game and user experience design to Bigfatphoenix. Having previously worked with several members of the team at Byju’s, he has collaborated with several key stakeholders, including art, development, pedagogy, and product teams. 

A writer who has typed his way through vast swathes of the digital media landscape, Sameer, has written for films, podcasts and advertisements. With a Masters in Media and Cultural Studies from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai and a B.A Honours in English Literature from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi, he has also nurtured a keen interest in the theoretical foundations of storytelling. 

Rishab started off as an intern at Bigfatphoenix in early 2019 and immediately made an impression with his video editing and content management skills. His current role as an Associate Producer sees him support the head of production with extensive game-related research through play and thorough documentation.

An educator and learning designer with a master's degree in education from the University of Sunderland, Miriam has over 7 years of experience working with school kids as a teacher. AT Bigfatphoenix Interactive, Miriam drives the school program experience, working with kids and educators to deliver the learning outcomes through a fun and engaging experience.

A management professional with over 22 years of experience in sales, marketing, P&L management, Investments and global operations. During his tenure in South Africa he led a social entrepreneurship program aimed at historically disadvantaged sections of the society. He was also instrumental in SANAD service centre (UN award winning program) in Oman aimed at education for the economically disadvantaged. He has served on the boards of Comquest Brunei, Oracle partner advisory middle east and Sultanate of Oman logistics committee.
